Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay
Every new organization receives a free trial of TheraManager with no payment details required. The trial is the evaluation period: it gives your team full opportunity to confirm the platform fits your practice before any money changes hands.
2. Cancel anytime
Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually, until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Subscription page inside the app) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your organization keeps full access until the end of the period already paid for.
3. Refunds
Because a free trial precedes every paid subscription and access continues to the end of the paid period after cancellation, payments already made are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods. We will, however, refund payments where required by applicable law, and we will always correct billing errors on our side — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation.
4. How to request help
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds for billing errors are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@theramanager.org with the organization name and invoice reference, and we will investigate promptly. You can also reach Paddle directly via the receipt they emailed you.
5. Scope
This policy is issued by TheraManager and covers TheraManager platform subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
